Are all events on the mobile site?

YES

All events are listed on all viewing platforms, some information maybe omitted or formatted differently on smaller devices. You can even book your tickets on your mobile devices!

How Will I Receive My Tickets?

This depends on the event organisers preference, some tickets maybe delivered to you electronically through email, others may require you to visit a Box Office location to collect your tickets, wrist-bands, show identification or receive any purchased merchandise

Some events may not require ticketing at all, and you will simply need to bring along a copy of the email you received as proof of purchase.

Your Event Registration email will include instructions and any requirements

What if a show is cancelled or postponed?

From time to time cancellations may occur, in this case Rotix4 follow the Live Performance Australia Ticketing Code Of Practice and is detailed in our our Terms & Conditions policy.
